Domestic Shipping

Seltzer Studios happily ships orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Your purchase will be shipped using either UPS Ground or Fed-Ex Ground unless otherwise specified. All orders over $150 are eligible for free Ground shipping within the continental US. Note: packages cannot be sent to P.O. boxes. In most cases, merchandise ships within 3-5 days business days of the order being placed. In the event that an item you’ve ordered is tragically out of stock or back ordered, you will be notified via email immediately and we will try our best to provide you with an estimated date of availability.

Our domestic shipping rates vary from time to time depending on promotions. In general, however, our shipping rates are based on order sub-total as follows:

.01 to 20.00= $7.25

20.01 to 40.00= $9.25

40.01 to 60.00= $11.25

60.01 to 80.00= $13.25

80.01 to 100.00= $15.25

100.01 to 125.00= $17.25

125.01- 150.00= $19.25

150.01 and up= FREE!

*Please note:  We do not refund shipping charges if given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Reshipment of orders where an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided will be charged for reshipment accordingly.   

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer international shipping at this time.

Payment Methods

We accept a whole bunch of convenient payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Sales Tax 

Shipments to addresses within the state of Illinois are charged the applicable sales tax. For addresses outside of Illinois, no sales tax is charged.

Return/Exchange Policy

Not happy? No problem! Here’s what you need to know:

·      Returns are accepted on all non-sale items within 14 days of customer receipt.

·      All returned items must include original packaging materials and merchandise must be in unused, saleable condition.

·      The original merchandise receipt must be included with the return.

·      All returns must be pre-authorized. Returns will not be accepted without a Pre-Authorization Return #. (PAR#)

·      To receive your Pre-Authorized Return # simply email us at returns@seltzerstudios.com.

·      Seltzer Studios reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns and returns being made after 14 days of customer receipt.

·      Customer must ship items being returned within 7 days of receiving PAR#. Returns shipped after 7 days will not be accepted or refunded.

·      Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping and handling charges on returns.

·      Unfortunately, we do not refund shipping and handling charges if given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address by the customer.

·      Reshipment of orders where an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided will be charged for reshipment accordingly.

·      Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments on sale items previously purchased at full price.

·      All sale items are final.

Cancellation Policy

Having second thoughts? To cancel an order you have placed, contact us by email at info@seltzerstudios.com or by phone at 773-687-9658. Please know that every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order. Please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. In the event that your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy above.

Damaged Items

Aw, Man! We hate when that happens! Please notify us immediately should any part of your order arrive damaged. And fear not, we will promptly ship you a replacement or credit you the amount of the damaged item, if you so wish. All you have to do is keep the original box and packing material with the damaged item so it may be picked up for inspection by the carrier.

Privacy Policy

Seltzer Studios LLC will never, ever, not in a million years sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email address, home or business address or personal information to any third party. Any personal information requested is for the purpose of communicating with you regarding your purchase. 

Addresses on our mailing list are used solely for the purpose of informing our customers about upcoming events, sales and other good stuff going on at Seltzer Studios. If at any time you wish to be removed from our mailing list (wha? really?) simply send an email to info@seltzerstudios.com with your request.
